Pullover con barra
Instructions
- Stand with a slight bend in your knees to remove stress from the lower back.
- Grasp bar with both hands and place upper arms against the sides of your body.
- Slowly extend your arms until your elbows are almost locked.
- Slowly return bar to initial position to complete one repetition. When performing this exercise, only move the forearms (the upper arms should remain stationary).
